1. What we collect
When you purchase, we (via our payment processor, Stripe) collect your name, email address, and payment information. We never see or store your full card number - Stripe handles that directly. When you email support, we receive whatever you include in that email.
2. What we don't currently collect
As of this policy's last update, this site does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics. If that changes (for example, to measure which ads led to a purchase), this policy will be updated before that tracking goes live, not after.
3. How we use your information
- To process your payment and deliver the product you purchased;
- To send transactional email (receipt, delivery link, support replies) via our email provider, Resend;
- To respond if you contact support.
We do not sell your information to third parties.
4. Who we share data with
Stripe (payment processing) and Resend (transactional email delivery) - both process data on our behalf under their own privacy/security terms. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
5. Data retention
Transaction records are retained as required for our own accounting and tax obligations. Support email correspondence is retained as long as reasonably useful for support history, then deleted.
6. Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or request its deletion (subject to what we're legally required to retain, e.g. transaction records for tax purposes), by emailing support@agencypricingtoolkit.com.
