Run the Client Profitability Calculator on one real client. If it doesn't tell you something about that client's real margin you didn't already know with confidence, email support@agencypricingtoolkit.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No form, no explanation required.
How refunds work
- Email the address above with your purchase email and (if you have it) the order/receipt number from Stripe.
- Refunds are processed manually to the original payment method, typically within a few business days of the request.
- Refunds are issued for the core Toolkit price. If you purchased the Onboarding & Scope-of-Work Template Pack add-on, that is refunded along with the core purchase as part of the same request.
What isn't covered
Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, we ask that refund requests come through the process above rather than a card chargeback - chargebacks take longer to resolve and cost more on both sides than just emailing us. Requests made after the 30-day window are evaluated case by case, not automatically declined.
